COVID - 19 Safety
As you can imagine there are a few changes to adapt to for all things pub, that are inline with COVID-19 guidance.
Without building a new Blue Bowl it is almost impossible to remove every risk. We have a policy in place to reduce the risks through following the advised guidance and a required risk assessment. All necessary measures will be taken where possible to ensure minimum contact, ensure our usual high hygiene standards for staff and customers and of course distancing.
Please be responsible for your own distancing during your visit for your own wellbeing, as well as for other customers and the staff. We are taking table bookings inside for a max of up to 6 people, at the moment this can only be made up of 1 household. We trust that you will respect these guidelines when booking.
We request that you use the hand sanitiser that is available throughout the building.
When dining, please remain seated at all times (unless going to the toilet or exit). Should you need assistance please catch a member of staff’s attention whilst seated. (Please no finger clicking, its not a Jazz Club)
When moving around the restaurant (going to the toilet or exit only) please use appropriate personal PPE and attempt to keep a one-metre distance from other diners and staff.
We will be asking for your name and contact details, trust us this isn’t for marketing, or love letters or anything weird. Its to assist the brilliant NHS for track and trace. 21 days after your visit the information will be shredded and put on our compost heap to help the worms. ( Every cloud has a sliver lining!)
Safety is the priority and your post-lockdown / Local tier restriction experience will be different since the last time that you visited us. With guidance and regulations ever changing we will do our best to meet your expectations and in turn ask for your co-operation when visiting. The Guidelines and advise are constantly changing, and all of our procedures will be under review and updated as and when necessary.
If you have a table booking between 31st December and 17th January, we will automatically cancel your booking on your behalf, please do not contact us to cancel your booking.
