We pride ourselves on using where possible local farmers & butchers who are passionate about the produce & meat they sell. We believe in provenance and knowing where our meat comes from and which breed we are offering, whether its our local Longhorn Beef or fabulous Middle White Pigs to the most juciest Creedy Carver Ducks and Chicken. Knowing the farmer and how well their animals are looked after, the feed they are raised on and reducing food miles helps to guarantee the end product. All dishes are freshly cooked with passion and care and delivered to your table by our wonderful front of house staff.
